  • Comments (cached temporarily for dashboard display)
  • Channel statistics (retained for 30 days maximum)

Data We Do NOT Access:

  • Your Google account password
  • Email content
  • Personal information beyond public channel data

9. Google Privacy Policy

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

10. Your Data Rights and Deletion

Revoke Access:

You can revoke Creator Pro Tools' access to your YouTube data at any time by visiting https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Request Data Deletion:

If you wish to delete all your data from our systems, please contact us at support@creatorprotools.com. We will delete all your YouTube data within 30 days of receiving your request.

Automatic Data Deletion:

  • YouTube statistics (subscriber counts, video counts, etc.) are automatically deleted after 30 days
  • OAuth tokens are deleted when you revoke access or delete your account
